What exactly is the art of cooking? Baking? Preparing? It’s the transformation of raw foodstuffs into tasty meals and dishes. Fine cuisine usually means refinement. Chopping smaller, separating coarse from fine and removing outer skin from fruit and vegetables. Whole items need peeling, grating or slicing before they can go into a pot, frying pan or casserole for boiling, roasting or baking. The RÖSLE range takes all this into account and comprises all the useful items for getting things done quickly, efficiently and conveniently.

Getting to the core of things
RÖSLE’s got almost every type of peeler. The Grapefruit/Orange Knife, the Julienne Peeler and the Swivel Peeler extra fine for extra delicate items. In addition we’ve got Swivel Peelers for right- or left-handers. It makes you wonder: can anything be missing? Do good things get even better? If yes, how? Admittedly it was a challenge. But RÖSLE has developed the very peeler connoisseurs, gourmets and friends of good cooking have all been looking for: the Tomato/Kiwi Peeler. With its extra sharp double blade it effortlessly removes skin from raw tomatoes. And anyone who has put it to the test of skinning kiwis will never want to scoop the fruit flesh out again. That also goes for other types of fruit like mangoes and papaya.

Finer and smaller
In slices, chipped or grated. Coarse, fine or extra fine. With RÖSLE’s Graters and Slicers vegetables get chopped down to size. And there’s the practical Slicer Guide to give the Large Graters and Slicers a helping hand. In addition we have a special innovation for cheese. We’ve got a new item that’s just a dream for pasta dishes with Parmesan: the Cheese Mill. This attractive, practical and very compact grinder fits well in the hand. Gripped below by the fingers, cheese is pressed against one of the two exchangeable plates using thumb pressure. The mill is turned with the other hand.

Versatile performers for cutting and opening
Good kitchen tools stand out for high utility. They should sit safely and comfortably in the hand and function flawlessly. When they fulfill more than one task like RÖSLE’s Multi-Cutter and the Multi-Opener they really are top performers. The Multi-Cutter for example, can do quite a bit more than chop vegetables and herbs. With simple tug operation, sauces and dressings can be quickly blended and freshly rinsed herbs can be spun dry. Of matching versatility is the Multi-Opener: It leaves no twist-off lids or screw tops on jars and bottles and can lift off any crown cap.
